Chef and Staff "Executive Chef Jack Walker (Baltimore International Culinary
College) and Sous Chef Jeff Beard (Johnson and Wales) both followed
their respective post-grad stints in Ireland and England with
impressive kitchen work here in the States. A youngish duo with
good seasoning!" We're proud of our kitchen, too - completely remodeled in 2004, and home to our supporting team of talented cooks. Not to be overlooked in our story is the kitchen itself. It's
in the basement. This historically significant building gives
us incredible ambience. . . and unique obstacles! Introducing
… our "food runners" - our unique team of strong young
men and women whose job is to bring giant trays of food to your
table. Diners on the mezzanine level have plates that have traveled
